Can I scan, fax, or make copies at the OCCC Library?

Answer

Printing and the Copy Center are located on the first floor of the Library next to the Circulation Desk.

Printing

  • Printing is available from most library computers.
  • Currently enrolled students are allotted $20 of printing credit per semester that may be used prior to the requirement of cash payment.
  • The printing credit is applied to the student's account once they initiate their first print for each semester.
  • Non-students and students who use all their $20 credit will need to pay per sheet. Cash is required (bills and coins are accepted).
    • $0.10 per sheet for black and white prints;
    • $0.50 per sheet for color prints.

Copy Center

  • The Copy Center is on the first floor of the OCCC Library next to the Circulation Desk.
  • A copy machine is available at a cost of $.10 per page single sided, or $.20 for 11x17 and double-sided copies.
  • Two digital scanners are also available and are free to use.
    • You can send a scanned document to email or save them to a USB drive.
    • Scanning is limited to 15 minutes per person if someone else needs to use the scanner.
    • Scanners also deliver to a fax number.
  • All users are responsible for understanding and abiding by current Copyright Law.
